Saturday • September 5, 2026 • 7:00am to 7:00pm • Lithia & Driveway Fields • Medford, Oregon

Join individuals, families, organizations, and community partners from across Southern Oregon as we come together for a powerful movement of hope, healing, and recovery.

Together, we “Drop the ROC” and release the weight we were never meant to carry.

Recovery is possible.

Hope is real.

You are not alone.

About the Event

Drop the ROC is a community-wide event designed to bring people together to raise awareness for mental health, addiction, and suicide prevention.

This experience creates space for individuals to let go of shame, break stigma, and step into healing, together.

This event is designed to:

  • Raise awareness for mental health, addiction, and suicide prevention
  • Break stigma and labels
  • Empower individuals to find hope and recovery
  • Unite the community through shared experience

It is part of our ongoing effort to bring awareness, encouragement, and community support.

You are encouraged to:

  • Write down what you are letting go of
  • Wear it during the event
  • Drop it at the finish line

A simple but powerful moment of freedom, healing, and release

How It Works
