We Believe in Hope and Restoration

About “The ROC”

The ROC is a faith-based charitable organization that is committed to meet the needs of those struggling with addiction behavior, mental illness, domestic violence, homelessness or emotional trauma in our community. It is our desire to provide healing through one-on-one peer support services and to connect the brokenhearted to the resources within our community.  The ROC not only desires to provide HOPE but is committed to the transformation of building new lives. The ROC serves as a resource center to help support other local organizations in restoring our community.

We Are Here To Serve

Peer support services are delivered by individuals who have common life
experiences with the people they are serving. People with mental and/or substance use disorders have a unique capacity to help each other based on a shared affiliation and a deep understanding of this experience. In self-help and mutual support, people offer this support, strength, and hope to their peers, which allows for personal growth, wellness promotion, and recovery. (SAMSHA)
